Custom software built to run on AWS, not to die in a staging demo
We build APIs, web apps, and internal tools that are deployed the same way we would operate them: in your AWS accounts, with CI, and with someone on the hook after launch.
Who this is for
You need software that is part of how the company operates: a customer portal, an API other teams will hit, a workflow that currently lives in spreadsheets and Slack. You care that it still works in six months, not only on launch day.
How we build
Discovery is short and concrete: users, constraints, data, and the AWS services that already exist. Then we ship in two-week increments you can click. Architecture stays boring on purpose: managed AWS services, clear APIs, and code in repositories you own.
- Web applications and APIs, not throwaway prototypes with no deploy path
- Integration with the systems you already pay for
- CI from day one so “works on my laptop” is not the release process
After launch
The same team that built it can operate it under a managed plan, or we hand over runbooks to your engineers. We do not disappear the week after go-live and leave you with a unique snowflake.
What we will not take
Staff-augmentation bodies with no ownership of production. Mobile-only consumer products outside our stack. Projects where the only success metric is “looks like the Figma file.”
Questions we get before a first call
What kind of software do you build?
APIs, web applications, and internal tools that sit on the same AWS foundation we operate. We do not take on mobile-only consumer apps or projects where we cannot own the production path.
How do you ship without a six-month discovery phase?
A short discovery week to lock scope, then two-week sprints with working software in each cycle. If the problem is still fuzzy after that week, we stop rather than invent a backlog.
Who owns the code?
You do. Repositories, CI, and AWS accounts stay in your organization. We work inside them.
